Treatment Of Injuries

Objective medical care is provided to employees following injury in a cost effective & efficient manner.

1. All injured workers are evaluated using Outcome Assessment.  This process quantifies their perceived extent of injury and actual functional abilities.  Outcome assessment also reduces treatment times and provides accurate return to work data.

2. Electronic communication will then be sent on initial & subsequent re-evaluation visits by the doctor to Human Resources/Safety Director.  Testing strategies, diagnosis, further treatments, estimated length of treatment needed & projected discharge date will be discussed.
