Programs to assist employers in reducing Cumulative Trauma Disorders (CTD’s) in their workforce.
HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT
Employees who participate in our specialized health risk assessment (HRA) learn about risky behaviors that may impair their quality of life. The HRA begins with screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol and other health indicators. Next, using the results of these screenings, a brief appraisal takes your staff through a series of questions designed to evaluate current health, health history and potential health risks.
Each person’s report is strictly confidential. However, the Workplace Health Program has access to aggregate HRA data that is used to provide a profile of your organization’s overall health. This summary can be combined with your claims review information to become a powerful tool for determining the scope of your employee wellness program. When the HRA is combined with follow-up services — such as screenings or educational initiatives —you’ll have measurable results that can help individuals change at-risk behaviors and improve their quality of life.
