Job Coaching
This is utilized when an employee sustains an on the job injury or complaint which may be repetitive or poor use of their body mechanics while performing their job. A trained medical professional provides onsite specific 1 on 1 employee training to teach proper mechanics and various techniques in reducing injury to allow them to be productive for their job.
This is accomplished by:
1. Employee notifies supervisor of injury or supervisor observes employee using poor techniques during their job.
2. Supervisor notifies human resources or point of contact of the employees reduced abilities/productivity.
3. Human resources or point of contact sets up with Bellevue Total Health for an onsite 1 - 1 coaching session.
4. Training & education is provided onsite by medical provider to employee.
5. Bellevue Total Health provides report of training & impression of Job Coaching session to employer.
