- Dr Amanda Lee (@amandaleehull) reported fromBonby, England
@BTCare terrible signal today - since our ‘whole home Wi-fi’ account was botched by my EE mobile switch - (didn’t request it - but I ended up on a lesser account) - the Wi-fi speeds are far slower ..
- #hellomynameis Ben (@Benjie_Shep) reported fromKnaith, England
@bt_uk That’s fine then. You’re happy to charge me for a substandard service with repeated promises that it’s going to get better. Open Reach want the Communtiy tonfund improvements. So I’m going to 4G and forgetting antiquated Land Line.

@bt_uk never have I been treated so badly by a company, especially after you've compromised my security! I don't need abusive phone calls on top of the worst customer service full of contradictory information each time and at least a 40 minute wait each time I call you. Rude
- Richard Paterson (@RPATS2) reported fromBirmingham, England
@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. The light is consistently on; the issue is the connection keeps dropping - good one minute, not working the next - and this is not isolated to one device (or just Apple devices). All very odd.
- Jon Ellacott (@jonellacottCPFC) reported fromCroydon, England
@btsport @WWEUK Awful decision!!!
- Jono (@Jono_1987) reported fromIngleby Barwick, England
@btsport @WWEUK Thank god for that I don’t have to see this sh*t anymore
- Richard Paterson (@RPATS2) reported fromSolihull, England
I haven't complained about my @BTCare WiFi in a while... but jesus it's bad at the moment. Absolutely no ryhme nor reason for it. Driving me ever so slightly bonkers.
- Dean Mackenzie (@DeanMackenzie2) reported fromWarrington, England
@JUser1 @bt_uk I reckon all the big ones to begin with so at least 1 a quarter...then soon after they will all be on box office 👎🏻 poor show @bt_uk the amount of people cancelling since that announcement seems crazy so they must not like money 🤔
- Peter N (@gooner1947) reported fromBlackwood, Wales
@bt_uk Send me the £20! Mine has been awful lately. So so slow!
- Shawn (@MoistStrawberry) reported fromWatford, England
well done @WWE what a way to lose a load of viewers by giving up a 30 year service from Sky - we pay enough as it is let alone paying more for @btsport .. well I know where I will be watching WWE going forward , awful decision 😪
- 'Motivated And Confident' Mags (@dejkirkby) reported fromBurnley, England
@virginmedia @btsport as a VM customer with the BT Sport add-on, can you explain to me the idea behind having the only reason I have the BT Sport add-on, UFC, having major events locked behind a secondary paywall and then still increasing the package cost. Not only double
- Sam (@Baz1050) reported fromTaunton, England
Think I’ll have to cancel my one luxury now @BTCare I live alone and the cost of my Broadband and Sport is now more than my gas, electric and water put together. I can’t maintain it all on one income. £4pcm is £72 extra over the course of contract.
